Harry hated when Draco called him by his surname, especially since it meant that he was irritated and going to be particularly stubborn about the issue.
“And why not?”
“Because then I’ll be walking around in moist socks,” he retaliated, as if Harry were a moron for even asking.
“…This is about wet socks?”
“Moist, Potter.”
“What’s the difference?”
“Well, obviously mine is more dignified.”
“Right. Socks. Dignified. Walking in the rain…is not so dignified?”
“Precisely.”
“It’s romantic though.”
Draco sighed and wrapped his arms around Harry’s neck.
“You have me, that’s far more satisfying than romance, Harry.”
