Kittens and Dreams

Firstly, my bebe, Kira, is going to has her kittens today. 97% sure. She had wheedled her way into a hidey spot and freaks out when we try to keep her in the bathroom where she previously enjoyed being in there. (Male cat wouldn't leave her alone, so we'd put her in there to give her some peace and to get her acquainted to the space where she'll be keeping her kittens.)
She never cries. Ever. Never meows. Nothing. She just purrs. But today she broke my heart for her crying. I didn't want to leave her. Stupid work.
We'll see. I hope she has them before lunch but then I hope she doesn't. I want to see them and make sure she's done because I don't want to have to leave her again in the middle of having them, but at the same time I don't want her to be alone when she has them. It's her first litter, so yeah.
I just really hope that they're not all black. (The almost racist things you say.) Kira is a pretty Siamese (not full blooded) and the male cat that impregnated her is solid black. I want pretty Siamese babies with blue eyes!
Anyway, about my dreams. I had two last night and I swear that one was only like 20 minutes long.
So, in my dream, I'm laying in bed asleep and then I start to feel the bed shift beneath me. I'm being slowly pulled out of bed. I don't feel a hand on me and there are no jerky motions, just a smooth dragging. Well, when I try to move, I can't. If anyone has ever woken up before their body, you know that heavy feeling where your body doesn't respond and when you try, nothing happens. (Cause when you sleep your body goes into a coma-like state.) So here I am unable to stop something from pulling me from my bed.
That sounds really creepy and if this wasn't the first time I had dreamed this, I would have freaked out, but even my dream self acknowledged that this has happened before. In my mind it's the work of the ghost and it mildly amuses me that I wasn't scared, I was irritated.
When I finally regain control of myself and climb back into bed -- forget the ghost, need sleep -- there were cups on my pillow, like take away cups. So I sigh, grab them and try to put them aside.
The rest is blurry, but pretty much I keep trying to go to bed and this ghost keeps fucking with me until I wake up.
When I go back to sleep.... I dream about zombies.
I'm in this huge scrawling house that's kind of inane in it's design concept, it's all over the place. And there are a bunch of people around. I can remember fragments of things, but none that I can put together in a cohesive manner. Basically though, a zombie shows up at the party and slowly everyone starts to get infected. In the middle of all of this though, I run into a room and there is my dad and my friend and a few other people just standing around... eating pizza. Cause... you know... this is a No Zombie Zone? I don't know, but I leave and I remember seeing my Kira cat a few times but dead things kind of kept bringing me back.
Soooo, things are looking bad, nearly everyone is dead and I'm creeping through the house trying to find places to hide, dodging zombies. (Two of which I ditch in a completely lavender room, seriously.)
Well, finally I'm caught. One zombie gets a hold of me. The struggle and the bite are blacked out, the next thing I know I'm waking up in this dream. And I'm a zombie. A zombie that can talk. They dosed me with like... FrankenJuice or something and apparently it stopped my brain from shutting down. So it was me, but it was dead, you look good enough to eat me.
In the beginning of the dream, there is this guy that I fancy and he doesn't really pay me any mind. I see him at one point during the cacophony and he's playing the piano or something. Thoroughly unworried about the zombies all around.
Well, apparently HE's the one that organized it all and I guess he's a zombie now or was before or something. I don't know, but apparently he instructed the chick that turned me to dose me up with the Frankenjuice so that I would be... um... I don't know, but he did it because he liked me.
So... I guess that's sweet.
