Drarry Rec
Aug. 21st, 2010 12:00 pm I just finished a story that I strongly recommend, by the ever lovely, oldenuf2nobetter.
It's called, "That Which Divides Us" and I love every minute of it. There is a great deal of angst, but it is brought around in a very believable manner.
There are some original characters, but they were not so intrusive on the main characters that you start to despise them. In fact, I thoroughly enjoyed Michael and Lisette. (And Margie is a hoot.)
I will say that the story has Pansy played as a big part, and she is portrayed in a manner that I often see her in my head after Hogwarts. She is so great here.
On the other hand, if you are a big lover of Hermione, then you may want to develop a thicker skin or move on.
It's is nearly 130k words spanning 24 chapters and one fantastic epilogue. All loose ends are very nicely tied and you're left with a warm fuzzy feeling of the perfect ending.
