Okay. I understand now.
I know why I'm having so much trouble in this story. Not simply because it's uncharted territory for me, but it's uncharted territory for most everyone.
A few writers are good with the smut, like dear Beren, but I've been reading a few fanfictions as of late and I've realized just how quickly those scenes pass.
Example: This story, in one paragraph he's getting touched. The beginning of the paragraph is the moment it started. And the very next sentence is him saying he's going to... (But we can guess what he's about to do.)
That's incredibly quick and it made me realize that I'm trying to write this as if it were real time. I want every detail perfect, no stone unturned, no questions of how it got there, just a clear cut path of smutty goodness.
That's my problem. That's what's taking so long. I want it to be perfect and therefore over analyze.
This could take longer than I was hoping for.

Oh, wait, what I was looking for was:
YOU CANNOT RUSH PERFECTION. XD
Yeah, I think that's it..
But damn, I know, I've realized a lot lately that Smut, on average, lasts, like, two paragraphs.
;_;
